Gerald Cooper
A beekeeper
Profile:
Gerald was a University Lecturer in Social Science and moved to Wales in 1980. He was then a Dairy Farmer for Ten Years before becoming a professional Beekeeper with 500 hives of bees, an exhibition centre, shop and tearoom.
His overriding aim in doing these things was to make a living by doing what he enjoyed doing.
'It doesn't always work, but it's better than a career and an office'.

Fantastic lecture, brings back memories of my Grandparents honey shed which had the best smell encased within it's walls.. On another note I've been searching in vain for UK honey in London shops and to no avail so any links to stockists would be much appreciated :)
Very much into what your talking about. Am a researcher and independent Beekeeper. Do alot of Honeybee Removals. Specialty Bee Navagation and honeybee physiology....... to read part of one of my research articles go to. www.buzzashuck.wetpaint.com. I would like very much to have some communication with you.. Your right..and the time is now or lose the bees. But., with earth system change now happening so often.. the seventh sense of creation is giving us strong warning and the honeybee is leading this in one of the most interesting and mysterious ways... Take care and hope to hear from you, Blessings, Buzza Shuck
