This summer we are hosting 3 one-day events on The DO Lectures farm.

  • Three different themes.
  • Three different dates.
  • One farm.

There are just 60 spaces on each day, we've kept each one deliberately small, intimate and focused.

Tickets are £600 per day, spread across three installments, £200 now. £200 in April. £200 in June.

Come for one. Come for two. Come for all three if you'd like to.

Second Mountain. 04 July
If you’re over 50, it’s not over.

What to expect on each day

  1. 4 Keynote Speakers. Their keynotes will be sent to you a month before.
  2. 4 Workshops. Held by the keynote speakers.
  3. Lots of time in between to hold good conversations with good people.

What I am trying to do is to build lots of time for us to be able to talk to each other. Because that is where the gold is. We can all help each other.

Why these gatherings will be different.

  • No keynotes on the day.
  • Flipped learning: Keynotes sent 1 month before the event.
  • We build together in practical workshops. We have deeper conversations.
  • 60 attendees. Intimate. Real.
  • Time to ask questions.
  • Building together in workshops means retention of knowledge is far higher.

The Cowshed Rules:

  1. It’s a conversation
  2. Curiosity over certainty
  3. Give more than you take
It’s not enough to find the treasure; you must bring it back for others.
Joseph Campbell
Second Mountain. 04 July

You spend twenty years climbing, building, proving.
You reach the summit. For a moment, it feels great. Then that question arrives.

Is this it?

Not because you failed, but because something doesn’t quite feel like you thought it would. It’s not panic. It’s not regret. It’s a question on repeat. A small but persistent doubt.

Was it the right mountain?

It’s incredibly easy to get caught in an activity trap… to work harder and harder at climbing the ladder of success only to discover it’s leaning against the wrong wall.
Stephen R. Covey

Here’s the part we don’t talk about:

The first mountain is about proving. The second mountain is about choosing.

Over 50 is not a time to drop anchor. It’s a time to set sail.

Freedom from caring what others think.
Freedom from chasing someone else’s dream.
Freedom to build something that actually feels alive.

On July 4th, we’re hosting The Second Mountain on the farm.

This is for those who suspect their best work might still be ahead of them. A one-day gathering for people asking the same honest question:

If I’m not done yet… what’s next?

If you are over 50, it’s not over.

Not even close.

About Second Mountain

What Success Looks Like

We measure success in terms of clarity.

  • Have you got a clearer idea on what you want to do.
  • Do you know what the first steps to take are?
  • Do you feel it has gone from a should to a must do?
  • Do you feel like you have given yourself permission?

Who It’s For

This is for people who have proved they already have what it takes to win.

  • Founders who built and exited.
  • Leaders who climbed for decades.
  • People who have built something from nothing.
  • But now it’s time for another chapter.
  • You’re not burned out.
  • You don’t want to slow down.
  • You want to build something that matters.
  • This is for people who suspect their second act could be their best work.
  • If you’re still hungry - this is for you.

Details: Time. Place. Price

  • Where: Cardigan, Wales — at The Do Farm
  • When: July 4th 2026.
  • Who: 60 Seats Only
  • Price: £600 (includes all food - lunch + supper)
  • Pay in 3. You only pay £200 today. £200 in April. £200 in June.
  • Accommodation: Camp onsite or we’ll help you find a stay nearby
  • Vibe: Smaller gathering. Deeper conversations.

4 areas you will focus on

1. Identity reset

Who are you without the scoreboard? Until you detach from first-mountain metrics (title, revenue, applause), everything else is surface-level.

  • If nobody was watching, what would you build?
  • What part of you is still performing?
  • What identity needs retiring?

This is the uncomfortable session.

2. The success trap

How winning becomes your cage. Success can hollow you out. Reputation makes you feel like you have to stay in your lane.

  • Golden handcuffs
  • The cost of your first climb
  • Why high performers struggle to pivot
  • Why success makes change feel disloyal to what you have achieved.

This is the truth teller session.

3. Choosing your devotion

What will you bind yourself to for the next 20 years? This is the bridge between philosophy and strategy. The second mountain is about commitment. You need a clear direction, not vague purpose.

  • What problem is worthy of your next chapter?
  • What would matter even if it didn’t scale?
  • Where does your experience become unfair advantage?

Not “find your passion.” Choose your devotion.

4. Public commitment

No one leaves undecided. Life changes when you make covenants. Clarity without action is entertainment.

  • Define your second mountain in one sentence.
  • Kill one narrative that is holding you back.
  • Commit to one move in the next 30 days.

If you don’t commit, it was a nice farm day. If you do, it becomes a moment that the next chapter begins.

Thrive. 25 July

How to use AI to reimagine your business for the future.

This is for those who know AI is coming.
And don’t want to be the dinosaur left behind.
A one-day gathering for people asking the right question:

How do I use this to grow my business?

Not strategies or theories about it.

Use it.

If this thing is as powerful as they say… How do you actually start?

Here's why you need to be there:

Because the growth might come from something you’ve already created:

  • Your talks.
  • Your emails.
  • Your IP.
  • Your experience.

It's not just about learning something new.

It's about using AI to amplify what you already know. If you've ever wondered:

What does “simple” look like?

And

How do you set it up without becoming a geek?

That’s what this day is for.

About Thrive

What success looks like

We measure success in terms of clarity.

  • Do you know why an agent will help you?
  • Do you know what it will do, and what it will not?
  • You have built your agent on the day.
  • You are clear on how it will help you grow.

Who it’s for

This is for people who are already running a business. Or a business is already running them. And would like that to stop.

  • Founders who want to grow by using their 'old gold.'
  • Leaders who want to know how their business will use it.
  • Company of ones.
  • Brand owners.
  • Freelancers.

You don't have to be geeky.

Details: Time. Place. Price

  • Where: Cardigan, Wales — at The Do Farm
  • When: July 25th 2026
  • Who: 60 Seats only
  • Price: £600 (includes all food - lunch + supper)
  • Pay in 3. You only pay £200 today. £200 in April. £200 in June
  • Accommodation: Camp onsite or we’ll help you find a stay nearby
  • Vibe: Smaller gathering. Deeper conversations

More about the day

4 Keynote Speakers - their keynotes will be sent to you a month before.

(Remember, you don’t have to be geeky. You just have to know some basics. Honestly, don’t let the jargon put you off.)

1. The Audit: Where Is the Gain?

Before you automate, you diagnose.

Most founders try to “use AI” everywhere. That’s how you waste it.

In this session we:

  • Map your weekly workflow
  • Identify repeatable cognitive tasks
  • Score them by time, frequency, and leverage
  • Find the 20% worth delegating

You don’t leave guessing.
You leave knowing exactly what job your first agent will own.
This is the clarity session.

2. The Blueprint: Designing Your First Agent

An agent is not a prompt. It’s a job description.
In this session we:

  • Define the agent’s scope (what it does and doesn’t do)
  • Write its operating instructions
  • Define inputs and outputs
  • Build human approval checkpoints
  • Establish guardrails
  • You’ll design your digital employee properly.
    No chaos.
    No vague “AI assistant.”

This is the architecture session.

3. The Build: Deploying with OpenClaw (Think ChatGPT for agents)

Now we build it.
Live.
Using OpenClaw (or equivalent framework), you will:

  • Set up your agent
  • Connect it to your chosen workflow
  • Test it with real data
  • Refine its behaviour
  • Create documentation You don’t watch.
    You deploy.
  • This is the hands-on lab.

4. The Deployment: One Unfair Move

Tools are useless without commitment. In this final session you:

  • Launch the agent into real use
  • Define success metrics
  • Set weekly review rhythm
  • Identify your second agent opportunity
  • Publicly commit to a 30-day experiment

You don’t leave with ideas.
You leave with momentum.

This is the leverage session.

The arc is simple:
Clarity → Design → Build → Deploy

Longevity. New date TBC

How to live long and prosper.

This is for those who want to stay able.

Able to run.
To play.
To dance in the kitchen.

This is a one-day gathering for people asking a quieter question.

How do I make sure I’m still strong at 70?

Longevity isn’t about age. It’s about aliveness - for longer.

We want as many people from the DO community as possible to come to this event and are currently looking for a date outside of the school holidays. Join the waitlist for future updates.

Here's why you should attend

You don’t want to optimise everything.

You want to preserve what matters.

You don’t want to live forever.

You want to stay able.

If that resonates - this is for you.

Longevity is not about fear of death.

It’s about love of life.

More About The Day

4 Areas to Focus On.

1. The Ability Audit

What does “strong at 70” mean for you?

  • Strength
  • Energy

Small daily actions.

  • Exercise snacking

What compounds over 20 years beats intensity for 20 days.

3. The Environment Reset

  • Stress

What needs redesigning?

DO Farm - Bathrooms

3 Days Of Summer will take place here, at the DO Farm, on the far edge of west Wales. It is perched on a hill, overlooking Cardigan Bay. From here you can see the end of the River Teifi as it spills out into the Irish Sea.

At best, it’s at least a five-hour drive from London. The instructions are: ‘Leave London. Head west. Stop when you hit water.’

Sounds simple. But really there is no easy way to get here. When you do arrive, you will know you’ve left your normal world behind. The energy here is calming, grounding. The journey worth the destination.

Accommodation

Camp on the farm

Accommodation is not included in 3 days, but you are welcome to bring your tent or camper van and camp on the farm.

  • Two shower blocks with hot showers
  • Brush your teeth overlooking the sea
  • Wood-fired sauna and cold plunge available each morning
  • Campers breakfast for those staying on site.
  • Plus we're close to the beach for those who want an early morning run or swim.

Stay locally

If camping is not your thing there are plenty of places to stay in and around Cardigan. We're happy to recommend some.
