This summer we are hosting 3 one-day events on The DO Lectures farm.
There are just 60 spaces on each day, we've kept each one deliberately small, intimate and focused.
Tickets are £600 per day, spread across three installments, £200 now. £200 in April. £200 in June.
Come for one. Come for two. Come for all three if you'd like to.
Book now. Pay in 3
What I am trying to do is to build lots of time for us to be able to talk to each other. Because that is where the gold is. We can all help each other.
“It’s not enough to find the treasure; you must bring it back for others.”
You spend twenty years climbing, building, proving.
You reach the summit. For a moment, it feels great. Then that question arrives.
Not because you failed, but because something doesn’t quite feel like you thought it would. It’s not panic. It’s not regret. It’s a question on repeat. A small but persistent doubt.
“It’s incredibly easy to get caught in an activity trap… to work harder and harder at climbing the ladder of success only to discover it’s leaning against the wrong wall.”
The first mountain is about proving. The second mountain is about choosing.
Over 50 is not a time to drop anchor. It’s a time to set sail.
Freedom from caring what others think.
Freedom from chasing someone else’s dream.
Freedom to build something that actually feels alive.
On July 4th, we’re hosting The Second Mountain on the farm.
This is for those who suspect their best work might still be ahead of them. A one-day gathering for people asking the same honest question:
If you are over 50, it’s not over.
Not even close.
We measure success in terms of clarity.
This is for people who have proved they already have what it takes to win.
Who are you without the scoreboard? Until you detach from first-mountain metrics (title, revenue, applause), everything else is surface-level.
This is the uncomfortable session.
How winning becomes your cage. Success can hollow you out. Reputation makes you feel like you have to stay in your lane.
This is the truth teller session.
What will you bind yourself to for the next 20 years? This is the bridge between philosophy and strategy. The second mountain is about commitment. You need a clear direction, not vague purpose.
Not “find your passion.” Choose your devotion.
No one leaves undecided. Life changes when you make covenants. Clarity without action is entertainment.
If you don’t commit, it was a nice farm day. If you do, it becomes a moment that the next chapter begins.
“If this thing is as powerful as they say… How do you actually start?”
Because the growth might come from something you’ve already created:
It's not just about learning something new.
It's about using AI to amplify what you already know. If you've ever wondered:
What does “simple” look like?
And
How do you set it up without becoming a geek?
That’s what this day is for.
We measure success in terms of clarity.
This is for people who are already running a business. Or a business is already running them. And would like that to stop.
You don't have to be geeky.
4 Keynote Speakers - their keynotes will be sent to you a month before.
(Remember, you don’t have to be geeky. You just have to know some basics. Honestly, don’t let the jargon put you off.)
1. The Audit: Where Is the Gain?
Before you automate, you diagnose.
Most founders try to “use AI” everywhere. That’s how you waste it.
In this session we:
You don’t leave guessing.
You leave knowing exactly what job your first agent will own.
This is the clarity session.
2. The Blueprint: Designing Your First Agent
An agent is not a prompt. It’s a job description.
In this session we:
This is the architecture session.
3. The Build: Deploying with OpenClaw (Think ChatGPT for agents)
Now we build it.
Live.
Using OpenClaw (or equivalent framework), you will:
4. The Deployment: One Unfair Move
Tools are useless without commitment. In this final session you:
You don’t leave with ideas.
You leave with momentum.
This is the leverage session.
The arc is simple:
Clarity → Design → Build → Deploy
This is for those who want to stay able.
Able to run.
To play.
To dance in the kitchen.
This is a one-day gathering for people asking a quieter question.
How do I make sure I’m still strong at 70?
Longevity isn’t about age. It’s about aliveness - for longer.
You don’t want to optimise everything.
You want to preserve what matters.
You don’t want to live forever.
You want to stay able.
If that resonates - this is for you.
Longevity is not about fear of death.
It’s about love of life.
This is for people who are building things. But don’t want to break themselves doing it.
1. The Ability Audit
What does “strong at 70” mean for you?
Define it before you chase it.
2. The Compounding Principle
Small daily actions.
What compounds over 20 years beats intensity for 20 days.
3. The Environment Reset
Longevity is not willpower. It’s design.
What needs redesigning?
4. The Commitment
Define:
No one leaves with vague intentions.
3 Days Of Summer will take place here, at the DO Farm, on the far edge of west Wales. It is perched on a hill, overlooking Cardigan Bay. From here you can see the end of the River Teifi as it spills out into the Irish Sea.
At best, it’s at least a five-hour drive from London. The instructions are: ‘Leave London. Head west. Stop when you hit water.’
Sounds simple. But really there is no easy way to get here. When you do arrive, you will know you’ve left your normal world behind. The energy here is calming, grounding. The journey worth the destination.
Accommodation is not included in 3 days, but you are welcome to bring your tent or camper van and camp on the farm.
If camping is not your thing there are plenty of places to stay in and around Cardigan. We're happy to recommend some.
Meals are a time for us all to pause together. To share great food with great people and stir up great conversation. They will be an important part of your day on the farm.
We have world class ingredients right here on our doorstep. Fresh fish, meat and vegetables are sourced from just a few miles away.
We grow salads and herbs right outside our kitchen. And it is all put together by a team with a true passion. They are nothing short of artists.
Lunch, snacks, tea and coffee will be provided throughout the day. In the evening we'll serve up a two-course dinner with drinks.
Expect long communal tables, delicious food is made with love and excellent conversations into the night.
