Bristol Baughan

Bristol Baughan, Founder of Regenerative Media Lab, is a writer, professional leadership coach, and executive producer of Emmy®-winning and Oscar®-nominated films. She founded Inner Astronauts and the RMLab to facilitate a shift from extractive toward more regenerative ways of being. She serves as faculty at the Esalen Institute and has delivered talks and workshops at TED, TEDx, HATCH Europe, and the Sundance Film Festival.

Bristol’s speculative fiction short story “Departure As An Arrival” was shortlisted for the “Voices of Regeneration” Prize by Unearthdox in 2024. Her writing has been featured in SaveWright Magazine, Utopia Science Fiction Magazine, The Huffington Post, and “This Emotional Life” (PBS). Bristol holds a B.A. in International Studies from the American University School of International Service and an M.A. in Spiritual Psychology from the University of Santa Monica. Bristol is currently co-living in a 16th century monastery in the Azores.
