Charlotte Morley is a Great British Sustainability Entrepreneur of the year, and known for her record breaking Dragon’s Den appearance with her business, thelittleloop.  Her passion lies in creating change for good; using her tech and retail experience to revolutionise the way consumers behave by providing sustainable solutions which are also convenient, cost-effective and fun.

She launched her circular clothing platform, thelittleloop - which counts Steven Bartlett and Deborah Meaden among its investors - in 2020, after leaving her role as Head of Digital Product at Notonthehighstreet. Since then the business has pivoted and grown to become the most convenient and intuitive way for parents to recirculate their children's clothes, while also powering the take-back schemes of 10 of the UK’s best loved kidswear brands.
