Through her work, Kate brings poetry to business to help organisations and individuals make the intangibles tangible and make positive impacts in the workplace.

In this episode of Where To Next?, Kate joins new presenter Mike Warwick for an open conversation about neurodiversity, difference, and how we might begin to see the world through a wider lens. As Mike reflects on the possibility that he may be neurodivergent, Kate offers a space of safety and insight, exploring what happens when we stop asking people to fit in and start creating space for them to fully show up.
