Eloise Gillow

Eloise Gillow is an artist from the UK, currently based in Barcelona, Spain. She works both in the studio on canvasses and outdoors on large-scale murals and installations. Her imagery is drawn from her surroundings and experiences. She captures subtle gestures in people's body language and movements and draws inspiration from time in nature, especially exploring mountains. In her painting she plays with combinations of realism and imagined colours and shapes, seeking to convey a sense of calm, presence, people's connection to each other and to the natural world.
