Jane Roques-Shaw spent more than twenty years working with some of the world's leading organisations — designing employee experiences, leading culture change and telling stories that brought people together. She'd reached the summit of a successful first career, then life redrew the map. The death of her husband in 2023 gave her a profound, personal understanding of grief and of life, and with it she found a new sense of purpose.
Today Jane is an independent celebrant, an end-of-life doula, and a hospice volunteer, designing experiences to help people face life’s significant moments with warmth, honesty and care. She also brings that thinking back into the workplace, supporting organisations to respond to the life events that shape every employee.
Jane’s is a true second-mountain story: competence achieved, then set aside to start climbing again, this time with a clear and very personal purpose.
