Having worked with English Heritage and the National Trust, he’s guided countless visitors through the ancient heartlands of the UK, offering a perspective that blends rigorous archaeology with an eye on the cosmos.

John’s work explores how prehistoric cultures may have aligned their sacred sites with celestial events - combining science, myth, and storytelling - he’s the author of several books on mythology and sacred landscapes, and is currently deep in the trenches (literally) on a dig in Kent -where Dan recently met him.
