Julie is a keynote speaker, a workshop leader, and a leadership coach. She’s the founder of Human Possibility and the Institute for the Future of Learning.

Julie helps leaders build the capacity to navigate uncertainty, particularly at key inflection points like promotion, industry disruption, or when you need to figure out the next stage of things. This is what she calls the Terrain of Transition. Julie’s an author too, and has a new book coming out later this year called “Lead Yourself First”.

Last but not least, Julie also teaches the Authentic Leadership course at Harvard University.
