"Lucy Bailey is Founder of national charity, Bounce Forward. Starting out in youth work and spending 17 years in leadership roles reforming and managing children’s services, prior to founding Bounce Forward. Since 2009 Lucy has focused on education and parents. Her passion is to drive a movement to influence UK policy to form a positive system of change with psychological fitness at the core. Lucy has directed national research projects, is certified by University of Pennsylvania, has an MSc in Practice Based Research, a BSc in Social Policy and Criminology, and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Education. Her first book Raise Resilience: Teach your teenager well has just recently been published.
