Scott Neeson is the founder and executive director of the Cambodian Children’s Fund (CCF), a charity that provides education, healthcare, and community support to some of Cambodia’s most vulnerable children and families.
Before founding CCF in 2004, Scott enjoyed a successful career in Hollywood, serving as President of 20th Century Fox International and later as Head of Marketing at Sony Pictures. But after a life-changing trip to Phnom Penh, where he encountered children living and working on the city’s rubbish dumps, he left the film industry — selling his house, his cars, and his possessions — to dedicate himself fully to helping them.
Today, CCF supports thousands of children and their families, offering education, leadership training, and pathways out of poverty. Scott’s story is a reminder that real success isn’t measured by what you have, but by what you give.
