2. We're not building an audience.

We're creating fellowship.

3. Loneliness is the enemy.

Not other stations.

4. Imperfect, relentlessly human.

Perfection isn’t our goal - connection is.

5. We’re founders, serving founders.

Yes, we're weird. Good. Weird makes the world more interesting.

6. Be allergic to:

  • Trying to be cool.
  • Thinking we have all the answers.
  • Negativity.
  • Not listening.

7. Trust the gut.

Never play it safe.

8. We're a bridge.
