Particularly through addressing the self-limiting stories we tend to tell ourselves. And she’s found enormous joy by herself through her work – seeing that we rise ourselves by lifting others.

Cat’s also an entrepreneur, podcaster and jewellery designer…. so we’re dealing with a business-minded creative here who believes deeply in the power of storytelling. And she’s a global wanderer…she’s back in the UK now having spent 24 years travelling the world and calling 5 different countries her home.
