Daljit Singh is a co-founder of ANNA Money — Absolutely No Nonsense Admin — the business account and admin platform built to make banking, invoicing, receipts, bookkeeping and tax feel simpler for sole traders, startups and small businesses.

He’s a designer at heart. But has that uncanny ability of combining genius business thinking with design flair (and great jackets).

His work eaves together brand, product, behavioural design and financial services.

Through ANNA, Daljit helped tackle one of the least glamorous but most emotionally loaded parts of working life: the admin, money worries and compliance tasks that quietly shape the experience of running a business.

He is now the founder of Sideways, where he explores how regulated businesses can design, measure and prove trustworthiness.

His central idea is that trust should not just be a brand promise.

It should be built into how products behave, how they explain themselves, how they protect customers and how they respond when things go wrong.
