After 23 years in corporate life, holding senior roles with Whitbread, Costa Coffee, RAC, Virgin Atlantic, and Vodafone, Eleanor faced redundancy herself. What could have been an ending became a new beginning. She built a business dedicated to helping others navigate transition and unlock possibility. Her clients include Channel 4, BAFTA, Soho House, Anglo American, Harvey Nichols, Bristol Water, and more.
Eleanor is the author of Why Losing Your Job Could Be the Best Thing That Ever Happens to You (Penguin Random House), a practical and inspiring guide to turning career setbacks into reinvention. And her second book, Another Door Opens – 5 steps for navigating change (Bonnier UK), deepens this message, encouraging readers to meet change with curiosity, courage, and self-belief. Something Eleanor calls Change Mastery, something we all need more of in our life.
Eleanor is regularly featured in the media, including The Guardian, Grazia, Wired Magazine, and British Vogue, and host of the Another Door Podcast, Eleanor brings a refreshing voice to the conversation about change. Whether on stage, in print, or coaching in the wilds of the Lake District, she empowers people to embrace the unknown and turn uncertainty into opportunity.
