Louise Barnard and Professor James Goulding are the team behind Arcaidium, an AI business working at the intersection of behavioural science, data science and real-world decision-making.

James is the CEO of Arcaidium as well as being Director of N/LAB, the University of Nottingham’s AI and data science research lab. His background spans economics, computer science and artificial intelligence, and his work focuses on how behavioural data and machine learning can help organisations understand people, patterns and decisions at scale.

Louise is Founder and COO of Arcaidium, bringing a more creative, human and operational lens to the business. She is also one of the founders of Do Radio, helping shape the station’s belief in deeper conversation, curiosity and connection.
