Jenni has spent more than twenty years working inside and with organisations, including senior communication roles before setting up her own consultancy. Her work focuses on the gap between what leaders intend and what people actually experience — and how better communication can build trust, clarity and confidence at work.

She is the author of Influential Internal Communication, which sets out a practical approach to fixing communication challenges inside organisations, and Nobody Believes You , a book about leadership credibility and becoming someone people want to follow.

Jenni brings a practical and deeply human view of the future of work: how organisations communicate, how leaders earn belief, and why clarity, trust and credibility matter more than ever.
