Jess and Dan Gregson are the founders of Extra Brain, a collective of experienced strategists, advisors and operators who work with founders and leadership teams to help businesses grow without losing what made them good in the first place.

Between them, Jess and Dan have spent more than four decades working across advertising, creative agencies, consultancy and business leadership. Jess is a long-standing board advisor and former agency MD, while Dan has led and advised agencies across strategy, growth and positioning.

Extra Brain grew out of their belief that independent founders shouldn’t have to choose between going it alone and building a large permanent team. Instead, they’ve created a community of experienced people who can bring the right expertise into a business when it is actually needed.
