Matt O'Neill is a keynote speaker and author focused on AI, the future of work, and how organisations adapt to both. His futures work has included 345 keynotes and more than 60 practical AI workshops, delivered across four continents.

He has written two books on the subject, "The Future is Now" and "Future Hackers", both written for a general reader. Before this, Matt founded and ran three marketing and communications businesses, and cut his teeth in commercial webcasting in their early days.

His engagements focus on the Future of Work, Leadership, and Technology, with particular attention to AI transformation and keeping the human element in increasingly automated workplaces.
