Salim is a genius swimming coach. An incredible teacher. Ian has seen him take people, in the space of 30 minutes, from being terrified of swimming…terrified to even put their face in the water, to swimming a lap of a pool with confidence.

There’s something in that ability to connect with people, to form trust so quickly, that Ian wanted to explore with Salim. What’s the backstory ? Where does that ability come from? So we dove into his past (pun intended), what he does to keep well, and how he deals with the ups and downs of life….and boy has Salim had some ups and down.
