Shann Jones MBE is the founder and director of Chuckling Goat, the Welsh gut-health company known for its goat milk kefir, microbiome testing, natural skincare and work around the gut-skin connection.
Her story begins around a farmhouse kitchen table. After moving from San Francisco to rural Wales, Shann and her husband Richard began making kefir from their goats’ milk after family health challenges led them to explore traditional fermented foods and natural approaches to wellbeing.
What started as a personal response to illness became Chuckling Goat: a purpose-led business built around gut health, customer care and the belief that small, practical interventions can make a meaningful difference to people’s lives.
