Shannon has worked with children with autism and their families for more than ten years. Her passion for working with children began while she was studying nursing science at university. A subsequent diagnosis of autism in the family triggered Shannon's journey on the road to improving educational quality and outcomes for children with ASD.

Shannon founded The Centre for Inclusive Schooling of Children with Autism, is a co-founder of the IDEA Program (a whole school approach to intervention for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder) and a co-founder of the Little Learners Autism Program.

Shannon’s current role as Managing Director of Autism Partnership sees her leading a team of passionate and talented people to achieve the best possible outcomes for children with ASD and their families.
