Su Dodd is an entrepreneurial innovator. With a tendency to be ahead of the curve, she has consistently taken seed ideas and built fully operational ventures from the grassroots up.

With a background in Sports Science, her unconventional journey has taken her from education to founding a 1200 private membership holistic health club, converting a conventional soft fruit farm to organic practises and diversifying it into a year-round rural business.

She went on to establish FROM Clothing, an eco-conscious activewear brand championing supply chain transparency through provenance storytelling, alongside initiating the Detox Activewear Campaign, raising awareness of the impact of synthetic fabrics against our skin during physical activity.

Now navigating her own next chapter, Su is exploring what becomes possible when lived experience and midlife wisdom converge.

She works at the intersection of personal reinvention, entrepreneurial thinking, human connection and meaningful impact. Through curated gatherings, interactive workshops, and transformative conversations, she creates space for curiosity, fresh perspective and possibility.

Her work helps individuals and organisations move beyond conventional thinking, uncover what matters now and shape meaningful legacy work from the experience they have already lived.

Alongside her current projects, Su is researching her upcoming book, A Dead Dog and her Doula. The narrative memoir draws on her personal experience of guiding her 14-year-old Black Labrador, Lottie, through her final chapter of life. It offers a deeply personal story - exploring and making meaning from the universal experiences of grief and loss.
