I met Taran O’Doherty through Evie Manuel, who I interviewed a few weeks ago. What a lovely introduction !

Taran’s an entrepreneur. He started a furniture hire company with his mate Ben in 2011, with no more than a few chairs. 15 years later, his company Yahire has 100 staff, and hires out everything any event could possibly want. Yahire delivered to over 8000 events last year, or nearly 20 a day.

Taran talks about the challenges of his childhood, discovering what he was great at and loved doing, and how he translated all that into a thriving business, and a loving family life.
