Wendy is the founder of The Embodiment Foundation, a non-profit offering Leadership Embodiment. The process uses principles from the non-violent Japanese martial art of Aikido and mindfulness to offer simple tools and practices that increase leadership presence and help people respond to stress and pressure with greater confidence, compassion and integrity.

Wendy holds a sixth-degree black belt in Aikido and has practised mindfulness for over 35 years. She is also an author of two books, The Intuitive Body and The Practice of Freedom, a DVD and a CD.
