Course outline

  • Module 1 -The first training module is what Mike describes as ‘A Lunchtime That Lasts a Lifetime’ delivered live over Zoom you’ll experience a fun, fast-paced and fascinating 60 minute orientation and training session in Tiny Habits®. Followed by a related, conversational Q&A with Mike. In less than an hour and a half or so, you’ll get everything you need to start building strong new positive habits in your life immediately.
  • Module 2 - The following week, when we consolidate and ramp up your new- found behaviour design and habit skills, with a series compact, customised Monday to Friday emails of daily training practices as you road test your new Tiny Habits® in real life. During this week, Mike will guide you every step of the way as you build the rock solid habits you’re looking for. This optional, but highly recommended second part of the course only requires you to commit 5 minutes a day to crack the Tiny Habits® Method. Taking almost nothing out of your day, those 5 momentous minutes could change everything.

Where did the Tiny Habits® Method come from?

The Tiny Habits Method of behaviour change was created over a decade ago by legendary Stanford University Professor BJ Fogg PhD. Recognised as the world’s leading expert in changing human behaviour, BJ Fogg is one of the most influential voices in Silicon Valley. His ground-breaking models and methods of Behaviour Design are applied in many of the apps, products and services we all use every day.

In 2011 he took what he knew about human behaviour in a professional setting and applied these models and methods personally in his own life. Creating a whole host of positive new habits quickly and effectively. This was the start of what was to become the Tiny Habits Method, a global phenomenon of personal development. He even found time along the was to write the New York Times best selling book Tiny Habits, The Small Changes the Change Everything. This course is based exclusively on that book. (BJ actually name-checks and writes about Mike and his Tiny Habits journey in the book.)
