“When I saw something that wasn't right, I just had to change it."

After more than a decade in digital shops in London and New York, Alessandra had lost patience with being virtually the only woman in the room whenever she judged an advertising awards show. So she co-founded SheSays to fill that void.

This grassroots, bottom-up mentoring organization has grown cells in the United States, England, and Australia – and has now developed Shout, a platform allowing women in digital advertising to collaborate and communicate.
