Ellen founded Hedley & Bennett several years ago and today her aprons are worn by cooks and chefs in top restaurants around the world.

She believes passionately that you don't need to have all the answers to make your dream a reality. You just need to start before you're ready. And in 2021, her book 'Dream First, Details Later' was published, in which she shares her journey and her forged-in-the-fire personal playbook for starting before you stop yourself.
