Gillian works with organizations and individuals to help them re-think leadership in the modern age, ensuring they are building great teams and cultures in order to attract, recruit and retain the right talent.
Having been thrust into the leadership of the family business following her father's Parkinson diagnosis and having to learn on the fly, she is on a particular mission to bring more support for those stepping into first time management roles.
Dubbed the “architect of the unseen” by her clients, Gillian loves troubleshooting and getting things unstuck by teasing out and solving for the organisational and leadership pain points that come with scaling businesses and teams.
She’s also a published author and recognized expert on progressive leadership development, having written 'First Time Leader: Foundational Tools to Inspire and Enable Your Team' in 2014 (Wiley).
