Rhys is a designer, artist, cyclist, husband, father and proud Welshman living in Los Angeles.

As a design leader for over 20 years, he has a reputation for bringing happy, efficient and immaculately designed products to market.

He was the former Head of Design at Nokia, before stints at Logitech, The Moonshot Factory and most recently Casper - where he leads the industrial design, digital design and brand creative teams.
