Rich is the Executive Director of Grassroots Outdoor Alliance, an organisation that is dedicated to the health and growth of the specialty outdoor retail industry and a community for vendors, stores and outdoor sports enthusiasts.

Before that, Rich was the founder of Ticla, a camping philosophy, brand and product line start-up focused on helping people enjoy the outdoors.
