  1. You don’t need more hours than anyone else. Just more discipline. Hint - Airplane mode.
  2. To do your best work, you need 3 hours of focus each day. It is enough.
  3. Thinking is hard. Scrolling is easy. You know what most people do.
  4. Multitasking is the Swiss army of distractions. It can do many things NOT that well.
  5. Daydreaming is serious work. What looks like you are doing nothing to others, is you building what is not currently available on the planet.
  6. Be protective of your time. Say no politely. But say no.
  7. Have a hard stop each day. This is a marathon. Pace yourself.
