Joel is owner and operator of Cut Brooklyn. He handcrafts world-class kitchen knives, one piece at a time, in his workshop in New York. His knives are made from the finest materials available and with great care and attention to detail.

After his initial career didn’t work out as planned, Joel started making and repairing all sorts of things and discovered a passion for crafting. His mission is to build beautiful knives that perform at the very highest level for people who love to cook.
