Chef John Ash is known as the Father of Wine Country Cuisine. His first restaurant, John Ash & Company, focused on using local, seasonal ingredients to create dishes that complemented the wines being made in the region.

John has also been a radio host, television presenter, teacher and award-winning author. His passion for sustainability in the food industry saw him serving on the Board of the Chefs Collaborative, a national organization of chefs committed to sustainable and ethical food issues.
