Jacques tells the story of Shinola, a people driven watch manufacturer in Detroit.

The factory was built in an old building that housed a school. Shinola now sponsors several classes within the school, including watch and bicycle design.

The process of making a watch is hugely complex and Shinola is testament to handmade craftmanship.
