From 2007-2019 Dichter was the Chief Innovation Officer at Acumen Fund a nonprofit VC for enterprises that are creating a world beyond poverty by investing in social enterprises, emerging leaders, and breakthrough ideas.

He is the author of the “Manifesto for Nonprofit CEOs” and created Generosity Day (a reboot of Valentine’s Day to say Yes, instead of No to anything asked of you). He’s also a blogger on philanthropy and social change
