His idea was to build a chocolate factory. Of course it was, he grew up three doors down from the Cadburys chocolate factory. So he took a £3,000 loan from the Princes Trust and launched his chocolate factory from a caravan at the bottom of his mum's garden.

His team has since made over half a million chocolate bars. Many inspired by and featuring exception producers from around Wales.
