Claire Goodwin-Fee is a psychotherapist, change-maker, author, and the
founder of Frontline19, an organisation that has provided free
psychological support to nearly a million NHS and frontline workers
across the UK.

With a passion for empowering others to realise their potential,
Claire is on a mission to inspire better well-being and transform
perceptions of mental health. Her unique approach emphasises that
addressing mental health can be a positive and uplifting experience,
often saying, "Mental health doesn't need to be depressing."


Currently writing her debut novel, she loves TikTok, dogs, books, and
stationery. Based in Kent, she balances her impactful work with family
life, laughing at memes and the company of her beloved dogs,
affectionately known as "the girl gang."
