our schedule

Less, but better.

We don’t believe in filling the airwaves just for the sake of it.

So each week, we make just eight hours of radio.

Carefully curated. Lovingly made. Thoughtfully scheduled.

Not to overwhelm. But to accompany. To slip into your week like a good friend dropping by at just the right moment.

You can listen live. You can listen later. You can listen again.

These eight hours are designed to stretch across the whole week. To move with you. To give you space to catch up. To come back to what moved you.

We’ve also learned something simple: when it comes to radio, people are creatures of habit.

Whether they’re tuning in during the morning commute, walking the dog, or making breakfast – most of us have a regular window for live radio.

We call this 'the listening window'.

To make sure we meet you in your ‘listening window’, we shift our live broadcast by an hour each day. That means if you tune in at the same time every day, you’ll hear a different show each time.

And each week, you’ll hear new voices. Fresh conversations. Stories that stay with you.

On this page, you’ll find it all.

This week’s schedule. The presenters behind the mic. And we’ll introduce you to the guests joining the conversation.

You’ll meet some magical new people here each and every week; not just the changemakers and the mavericks, but the ordinary people who are doing extraordinary things in their own unique way.

So, no, this isn’t just a schedule page.

It’s a doorway.

To ideas.

To conversations that matter.

And to some of the most generous, interesting humans you could hope to meet.

DO Radio Shows

8 thought-provoking shows from 8 inspiring minds and their guests. All day. Every day.
Tomorrow's World
Hosted by Jon Kaye, Tomorrow’s World is a show about technology. Not the headlines or the hype but the way technology has shaped real lives in surprising ways.
Being Well
Host of Being Well. Ian studied law at Oxford and then went into finance; first as an investment manager at Baillie Gifford, then as a stockbroker at Flemings, then as a strategist and Head of European research at Morgan Stanley and more recently as the co-Founder and CEO of Tristan Capital, a real estate private equity firm.
Where To Next?
What got you here…won’t get you there. Join Dan Kieran as he journeys into the wild heart of second adulthood - where wandering leads to wonder, and the real question isn’t just where you’re going, but who you’re becoming.
Miracles Happen Here
In Miracles Happen Here, Cat Preston brings you real stories of reinvention, creativity, and the messy beauty of becoming. These are the conversations people don’t usually tell, the ones that reveal not just what someone does, but who they are and how they got here.
I Am Not Creative
Bristol Baughan, host of I Am Not Creative on DO Radio, is the Founder of Regenerative Media Lab, a writer, leadership coach, and executive producer behind Emmy®-winning and Oscar®-nominated films.
Three Wins
Feeling stuck? In each episode of Three Wins, David Hieatt and Mike Coulter explore three ways to rethink Time, Money and Mojo.
It’s Not About Trees
Not about trees (though we love them). It’s about culture, leadership, and purpose - growing hope through honest, world-changing conversations, hosted by John Lunn.
Emma Warren - DO Radio Presenter - Making Stuff Up
Making Stuff Up
Host of Making Stuff Up. Emma Warren, a two-time business founder and 2025 Barclays Serial Entrepreneur of the Year nominee, challenges traditional success myths in entrepreneurship. In her show, she interviews founders who’ve built businesses on their own terms, uncovering how they found clarity, balance, and purpose beyond constant hustle.

Our Story

Radio For Do-ers
It starts here with you. Do Radio is a gathering. A place for founders, misfits, mavericks, and change-makers who feel the gap between constant connection and true community.
Don't Be Most People - DO Wales - Blackboard1

We believe in the power of doing.

But, doing takes heart, it takes energy, and sometimes, it takes everything you’ve got.

That’s why we built Do Radio.

A place to come back to.
A place to tune in, take a breath, and remember why you started.

A place to gather, even when you’re out walking the dog, driving to a thing, or just making a cup of tea.

DO Radio is for those who are building something that matters.

It’s for those starting again. It’s for those still figuring it out. It’s for the ones who need a spark, a story, or a gentle nudge to keep going.

We made this because we needed it, too.

We wanted to hear the voices of the community.
We wanted to be reminded that we’re not alone in this.
We wanted to feel that quiet fire again,

the one that gently says:

"Keep going, your work matters."

DO Radio is a companion. It’s a soundtrack.

It’s a reminder.

That we are connected. That as you hear us, we hear you.

That the DO spirit is alive and well.

But, remember, this isn’t just ours. It’s yours.

DO Radio is made by the community, for the community.

We want your voice in it. Your ideas. Your stories. Your journeys.

So it doesn’t just go out to the community, it grows from it.

Come tune in. Come gather round. Come shape the sound of people doing.

Together.

MEET THE TEAM

The DO Radio Crew

David had an idea. A mad one, perhaps. Create a radio station from scratch. We came together as strangers and we've built something together. Something that didn't exist before we met. Something that matters.

To launch DO Radio Co., we face what we’re calling ‘The Hungry Gap’ - that critical year before sponsors join us.

Sponsors need proof of an audience; audiences need proof of magic.

That magic starts with you.

We’re launching a Patreon to get through the first year while we build the audience.

To help us build the most soulful radio station on earth for founders, makers, and the quietly ambitious.
