Clare Hieatt

Clare is C-Founder of Hiut Denim and The DO Lectures and, most recently, be retreat, yoga retreat in Cardigan, UK.

Clare has often thought that she would love to host a small, relaxing and restorative gathering of women, where they could step out of the day-to-day and hang out together sharing stories around a campfire.

The first be retreat is being held on the farm that is Clare’s family home and home of The Do Lectures which Clare and her husband David founded 15 years ago.

It wasn’t until a conversation with Nia and Sara, that Clare realised the ‘hook’ for this could be yoga and the wonderful benefits it brings.

Clare has been practising yoga and breathwork under Nia’s guidance for many years and credits her classes to keep her GROUNDED and PRESENT and able to deal with the stresses of day-to-day life.
