In 2012, Mo Syed's son Luca was struck down age 3 with Meningococcal Septicaemia. He was so sick his body swelled to twice his normal size at the height of his illness.

Luca pulled through however he was not unscathed… he lost both of his legs and huge amounts of his tissue, muscle and skin.

Mo set up the 'For Luca' campaign, aiming to raise £1.5m that can be used to help Luca with prosthetic limbs throughout his life.
