Melanie Rickey

Founder of The Enoughness

Melanie Rickey founded The Enoughness movement in January 2024 after 20 years as a leading journalist and fashion editor at publications including The Sunday Times and Grazia, and a transformative four-year recovery journey from drug and alcohol misuse. Her platform informs, inspires and guides individuals to escape the cult of more in society with humour and style, and offers workable everyday solutions for contentment, natural sustainability and, ultimately, connection to our “just right” in life. The Enoughness podcast celebrates the stories of notable individuals across culture who, by trial and error, have found their own just right. Her purpose is to ignite the spark of enoughness in everyone.
