Live A Life That You Love

Founder of Coppafeel Charity
“Take it from someone who has done a lot... sometimes the beauty and the fun is in the more simple things. It's the little things that count.”

What happens at 23? Well, if you’re lucky, seeing a bit of the world, brunching with mates and a whole load of carefree fun. And if you’re less lucky? Cancer.

Kris Hallenga is a truly remarkable woman.

Shocked by a stage 4 breast cancer diagnosis aged just 23, she launched award-winning charity CoppaFeel! almost immediately. Her mission: to encourage young women and men to check themselves regularly and learn how to spot the early warning signs. Undoubtedly saving thousands of lives.

Kris has won a Pride of Britain award and been named Woman of the Year. Alongside the life-changing work she has done for others, over a decade later, she is still fighting her own cancer.

An inspirational and moving story about one woman's unbelievable bravery.
